Meet The Team
Jay Teague
President and CEO
Before being named CEO in August 2019, Jay was PETSCRIPT’s Vice President officer and was responsible for all of the company’s sales and operations, including end-to-end management of PETSCRIPT’s supply chain, sales activities, and service and support in all markets. He also headed PETSCRIPT’s human division ProLab Pharmacy Services and played a key role in the continued development of newproducts and supplier relationships, ensuring flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding marketplace.
Prior to joining PETSCRIPT, Jay was Vice president of corporate health Insurance for Slaton Financial Group and was responsible overseeing and negotiating all renewals with its pharmacy benefit management vendors and pharmacy mail order contracts.
Previous to his work at Slaton Financial Group, Jay was the head logistics and the assistant to the chief operating officer of the Pharmacy Benefit Management division of RxDirect. Jay earned an B.B.A. from University of Mississippi, where he was an Insurance and Risk Management Scholar.
Jay also serves on PETSCRIPT’s board of directors.
Nick Baah
Pharmacist-In-Charge
Nick is a Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) sterile compounding specialist pharmacist who works as the Pharmacist-In-Charge at ProLab/PetScript pharmacy. Nick has pursued his love for pharmaceutical compounding and calculations, aseptic practice, and the aseptic environment by working in various pharmacies’ cleanrooms (Hospital, 503B/503A) for over 15 years. With more than six years of experience working in pharmacy management and as a compounding pharmacist (sterile and non-sterile), Nick has developed a culture of current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), aseptic awareness, and the skill to train and lead a pharmacy compounding team of excellence.
Nick holds a BSC in Renewable Natural Resources Management, a Masters in Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Pharmacy Practice (PharmD) from the SUNY, University at Buffalo, School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Not only is Nick a registered pharmacist in Texas, but he also holds registered pharmacist licenses in 17 other states as well. As a BPS Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist, Nick ensures that all final compounded products from ProLab/PetScript Pharmacy are in compliance and of the highest quality.
Jamie Killingsworth
Lead Pharmacist
Jamie Killingsworth earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Texas Tech University School of Pharmacy in 2006. After pharmacy school she pursued a career in retail pharmacy with Target Pharmacy for 10 years. During this time she held several Pharmacist-In-Charge positions, as well as a District Manger position in Houston, Texas. While living in College Station, Texas, she worked closely with Texas A&M Veterinary School to fulfill needs of the animals patients at their clinics.
Jamie has been involved with compounding pharmacy since 2006, and has worked for several pharmacies specializing in sterile and non-sterile compounding. She currently lives in Paris, Texas, where she grew up, with her husband Max, her 2 children Bryce and Bryley, and her morkie, Lily.
Dr. Jessica Trimble
Veterinarian Consultant
Dr. Jess is the Chief Veterinary Officer of Anipanion, a veterinary telehealth platform. After working in general practice, urgent care, and house call settings across northern California, she started working with veterinary startups in 2016. She now advises veterinary startups in addition to providing telehealth consulting to private practices. When she’s not working, Dr. Jess is painting, woodworking, hiking with her dog, reading with her cats, or hanging out with her husband and fellow veterinary entrepreneur, Dr. Rob Trimble.

A 2013 grad of the University of Illinois, Dr. Jess worked in mixed and small animal clinical practice, in general practice, urgent care, and house call settings across central and northern California.

Jonathan Padgett
Chief Growth Officer
Jonathan has always been a animal lover. Growing up, he had a wide variety of animals that he cared for, including fish, cats, and dogs. When he was in the United States Air Force, Jonathan was part of a search and rescue team that responded to emergencies involving aircrafts and pilots.
Today, Jonathan is the head of sales and strategic partnerships at PetScript Pharmacy. He has over 10 years of experience working in the veterinary industry as a compounding specialist, and consultant. Jonathan currently lives in Arkansas with his wife and 2 kids.
